RESNA is not endorsing or recommending any individual whose name it provides to assist either a patient or another professional. By use of this service, the individual agrees to indemnify and hold RESNA harmless from any and all liability, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may result from the selection of any person whose name is obtained from RESNA.
