Students are encouraged to participate in RESNA activities, not just in the student design and scientific paper competitions, but as full members. RESNA membership is a great opportunity to explore the different aspects of the AT field and chart a course for transitioning into a professional career. RESNA not only fully supports the involvement of students through significant discounts; it also encourages your input. RESNA prides itself in being open to fresh ideas from its newer members as everyone works together to advance the field.

We recognize that joining a new organization can be confusing. In an attempt to guide you, we will match you with a mentor if requested. Every attempt is made to match new members with a mentor in the same field of interest as the new member. This mentor will be available to answer questions specific to your area of interest, and to give you tips for getting the most of out the organization and the annual conference which is held in June.
