Session Description
Session Type:

It has been reported that more than 5,000 agricultural workers in the U.S. have encountered disabling injuries or disease which pose career ending repercussions unless specialized assistive technologies are utilized. Advancements in agricultural specific technologies have made it possible for these individuals to regain the ability to effectively operate large off-road machinery. Remote-controlled lifts, electronic actuators, electric over hydraulic controllers, and various modes of hand controls have advanced significantly allowing operators with limited mobility to resume a high level of productivity within their chosen agricultural career.
