The RESNA Standards Committee on Adaptive Sports Equipment (ASE) is seeking new members. The goal of the committee is to develop standards that affect users and organizations representing the technical needs of adaptive skiers including, Adaptive Sports Equipment Suppliers, Adaptive Ski Programs, Assistive Technology Practitioners, manufacturers and researchers of Sit-skis, Mono-skis and Bi-skis (SMBs), adaptive skiers, designers and test laboratories of SMBs.

RESNA is a standards developing organization accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). This includes Consumers, Government, Manufacturers, Program Manager/Coordinators, Ski Area/Industry Operators, Teachers/Instructors, and Independent Specialists. The committee is currently looking for adaptive skiers, operators of ski areas, and adaptive equipment designers.
