Historically, AT has involved interactions “in the same location”. As COVID showed, it is incredibly difficult to duplicate these environments virtually. Now imagine 100% of an AT service delivered this way (and globally). Even before COVID, the AT service at EY (Ernst & Young) has used this model to provide AT to its 350,000-member workforce in over 150 countries. Along with successful user stories (and best practices), attendees will learn the inevitable obstacles and “not-so” best practices encountered along the way since the service began in 2016.
