The X-Keys is a programmable keyboard. There are models with four, eight, 16, 24, and more buttons.
MacroWorks is software for programming and driving X-Keys keyboards. Using MacroWorks, an X-Keys can be programmed to type text; record keystrokes; control the mouse; open files, folders, applications, and webpages; and other tasks.
X-Keys is appropriate for people with upper-body disabilities (including individuals with one hand, reduced dexterity, limited reach, or repetitive strain injuries); for people with learning and cognitive disabilities; and perhaps others.
Through lectures, demonstrations, and discussions, learn to select, set-up, and program an X-Keys unit. No programming experience necessary.
