RESNA is excited for you to be taking part in the 2023 Developers' Showcase! Below you will find answers to common questions regarding the Showcase which includes dates, times, and logisitical information for the 2023 event.

What do I get as a Developers' Showcase participant? Each team will have a tabletop display within the Experience Hall, where you will be provided with: (1) 6’ skirted table; (2) side chairs; and (1) identification sign.

What do my team and I need to bring to the Developers' Showcase? It is encouraged to bring your design or prototype to showcase in the Experience Hall at your table.

Is there wi-fi available in the Experience Hall? Yes, a basic wireless internet connection will be provided. However, if any part of your display or design depends on video streaming or online connectivity, we do encourage you to purchase a dedicated hardline internet/Wi-Fi connection through our service contractor, Alliance. Alliance will also be where you can place orders for electrical needs and more. 

When is move-in and move-out for the Developers' Showcase? Move-In will take place on Sunday, July 23, from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central. If you will not be on-site during this time, you are also welcome to set up your tabletop display the following morning on Monday, July 24. Move-out will take place on Wednesday July 26, anytime between 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central.

What is the Showcase schedule? The Developers' Showcase will be open when the Experience Hall is open at the following dedicated, unopposed times: 
Show Hours, Day 1: Monday, July 24
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Show Hours, Day 2: Tuesday, July 25
7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Show Hours, Day 3: Wednesday, July 26
7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Am I eligible to win anything as a participant in the Developers' Showcase? Yes! As a participant, you are eligible to win two different awards - the Impact Award, and the Audience Favorite Award. The winner of these awards will be announced on Wednesday, July 26 at the 9:30am – 10am coffee break in the Experience Hall.
