She is a Certified Life Coach for the Deeper Self trained in the Art of Humanistic Hypnosis and Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, a registered Yoga Teacher and certified Personal Trainer. Erika’s approach is that the Mind and Body are deeply connected, and she applies this philosophy into her sessions. She brings a wealth of experience in the health and wellness industry, having taught meditation, yoga ,and group fitness, led workshops and retreats, and coached clients 1:1 around the country and the world. Erika is a former elite athlete and understands the importance of being well in both body and mind not only for optimal performance, but also for living a fulfilling life.
