Join us to learn the what, why, and how behind the RESNA-sponsored Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) Committee on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology (CoA RATe) programs. This session will provide background on CAAHEP, how CoA RATe emerged, a review of the CoA RATe Educational Standards for rehabilitation engineering and assistive technology programs, and how the accreditation process works for applicants. Examples of dos and don'ts from previous applicants will be provided as additional insights.
