The ATD's head and extremities move forward during the frontal impact and the positions and orientations are similar for the SWCB and commercial wheelchair base at each step of the sequence. The seatbacks rotate forward about 30 degrees during frontal-impact loading and the seat drops slightly between the seat rails as the ATD loads downward on the seat.
