DEVELOPERS' SHOWCASE OVERVIEW
The Developers' Showcase features new products, products under development, and products that are currently being enhanced or redesigned. All types of AT products are welcome including hardware, software, standards or guidelines, and instruments or tools. Products may be open source or commercial but may not currently be available on the market.
Submissions will be accepted subject to available space on a first-come-first-served basis, provided they meet the criteria below. Developers must register for the conference as an attendee or be a confirmed exhibitor. If the accepted Developer only wants to participate in the Showcase, and not attend the conference or exhibit, a separate fee will be available.
CRITERIA:
- Submissions will be accepted from students, individual practitioners, researchers, or manufacturers
- Products must be in development, and cannot yet be available on the market.
- If you are hoping to showcase an enhancement or redesign of an existing technology, please contact info@resna.org for guidance prior to submission.

When is the Developers' Showcase?
The Developers' Showcase will take place during RESNA 2026 at the Abilities Expo in Long Beach, CA. The conference is March 26–27, 2026. The Developers Showcase is in the Expo Hall March 27 - 29. All judging for the Audience Favorite Award will take place on March 27th. Developers will have the option to stay for the remaining two days of the Expo.

How will my product be promoted ahead of the Developers' Showcase?
As part of the marketing for the Developers' Showcase, RESNA will include information about your product on our website, promotional emails, and social media channels.
Am I eligible to win anything as a participant in the Developers' Showcase?
Yes! Developers are eligible to win the Audience Favorite Award, which is voted on by Expo attendees. Sponsors may provide other prizes. This page will be updated with that information as sponsors confirm their participation.
NOTE: Student Design Challenge finalists are automatically included in the Developers' Showcase and are also eligible for any awards.
