Hello everyone and Happy Holidays!

I hope you’re all able to relax and unwind with your loved ones as we count down the final days of a very successful 2022. The holidays are a great time to reflect on all we’ve accomplished throughout the year, and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve been able to achieve together. From our successful RESNA 2022 Virtual Conference to the launch of RESNA Learn, we created countless opportunities to bring together our assistive technology professionals to learn and grow together.

As we look forward to 2023, I can’t help but get excited about everything we have planned for RESNA. For the first time in four years, we’ll be bringing our whole AT Community together IN-PERSON at the RESNA 2023 Annual Conference, July 24-26, 2023 in New Orleans. In addition to the conference, we’ll be introducing a number of exciting new opportunities to gather and share the latest research with our scientific paper webinars leading up to the conference. I want to encourage each of you to embrace these new changes coming to RESNA and take advantage of all the opportunities you have to interact with RESNA and our members.

Explore this playground we’re creating, where you can meet professionals from ALL disciplines of AT and share ideas on how to solve common problems that we’re all facing.

We’ll have more information available for you in the New Year as we get closer to these new initiatives. For now, I’d just like take the opportunity again to say thank you for everything you do to help push RESNA forward. Enjoy the holidays with your loved ones and I’ll see you in 2023!

Thank you,

Carmen DiGiovine, PhD, ATP/SMS, RET
RESNA President
