Design Manager and Clinical Research Liaison at Rifton Equipment, where he leads product strategy, research initiatives, and cross-functional partnerships across engineering, regulatory, and clinical teams. Contributor to RESNA's working group for draft position paper on adaptive biking.

Andres Hinkey
- RESNA member and Sales Manager at Rifton Equipment. Manages Rifton's clinical education department. In a previous role, he worked on multiple product development projects, with background in product design and mechanical engineering.
