Speaker Resources

Congratulations on being selected to present at this year's RESNA conference held in conjunction with Abilities International, Los Angeles, CA, (March 26-27) and the New York Metro (April 30-May 1)! Please review this page effectively and click and any links for presentation requirements, and presenter resources.

Agenda

To double-check the time of your session(s) see the LA agenda and NY agenda on our website. Please let Florie Craddock know if there are any errors regarding your session.

Venue

Please see the Venue & Directions page for navigation support, more info will be added to this closer to the show. On-site and hotel parking is $15.

Dress code

The conference dress code is business casual. We encourage presenters to dress comfortably while maintaining a professional appearance.

Quiz Questions

We would like to offer CEUs for your session. In order to do so, we need you to complete the Conference Session Multiple Choice Assessment Form. The assessment of learning outcomes via multiple choice (M/C) questions will be used to provide CEUs for all the sessions. Please complete this form and provide us with your quiz questions no later than Friday, February 13, 2026.

Accessibility Requirements

Please inform Florie Craddock of any accessibility requirements you or your co-presenters may need for your session, such as captioning, interpreting services, ramps, or other accommodations.

Room Layout Requirements

  • If your session requires a room setup other than classroom style and any additional technical requests, please let Florie Craddock know as soon as possible. RESNA is involved in any of the technology and room setup.

Important dates:

  • March 7th: Please ensure you sign the Speaker Agreement form and complete the conference session multiple choice assessment form. Please turn this in today – it takes less than 10 minutes!
  • March 7th: Please ensure you and your fellow presenters are registered by this date. 
  • March 14th: Please email your slides to dbarbieri@abilities.com
