Dress code

The conference dress code is business casual. We encourage presenters to dress comfortably while maintaining a professional appearance.

Quiz Questions

We would like to offer CEUs for your session. In order to do so, we need you to complete the Conference Session Multiple Choice Assessment Form. The assessment of learning outcomes via multiple choice (M/C) questions will be used to provide CEUs for all the sessions. Please complete this form and provide us with your quiz questions no later than Friday, February 13, 2026.

Presentation Slides

If you will be using presentation slides, please email them to dbarbieri@abilities.com by March 14 at the latest.

To ensure compatibility with our onsite AV team, slides should be:

• 16:9 format
• 1080p or 1080i resolution
• Preferably in PowerPoint format
• You can begin developing your slides now by using the PowerPoint Template in the RESNA Speakers Dropbox Folder. 
• Please ensure you place the Disclosure Slide after your title slide.

Please also email Florie Craddock to confirm whether you will require a projector setup and intend to submit slides to Debbie.

Room Layout Requirements

• If your session requires a room setup other than classroom style and any additional technical requests, please let Florie Craddock know as soon as possible. RESNA is involved in any of the technology and room setup.

• March 7th: Please ensure you sign the Speaker Agreement form and complete the conference session multiple choice assessment form. Please turn this in today – it takes less than 10 minutes!
• March 7th: Please ensure you and your fellow presenters are registered by this date.
