As 3D printers and microcontrollers have come down in cost and availability, the accessibility of DIY (Do It Yourself) switches have been steadily growing. During this workshop, participants will explore the multitude of currently available open-source resources available through organizations such as Makers Making Change and ATMakers. A range of switches from low to high tech will be discussed using various switch components, Arduino microcontrollers, and custom PCB boards.
