This workshop provides an update on the first 1.5 years of protocol development, data collection, and technology development of a new center, funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research, with the aim of supporting older adults with cognitive impairments (CIs) through adaptive and individualized technology solutions. This workshop will have three aims: 1) present the finalized protocols for needs assessment studies, 2) present needs and technology solutions currently used by older adults with CIs gleaned from subject matter expert interviews, and 3) present advancements in technical development for the technology solutions under investigation.
