The Research Committee fosters the interaction between RESNA and the AT research community. Committee responsibilities include working with the Membership committee to encourage AT researchers to join RESNA, working with the Meetings committee to plan a Research Symposium, and working with the AT Journal Board to increase the quality and visibility of RESNA publications.
The committee publishes RESNA's Guidelines and Priorities for Assistive Technology and Rehabilitation Engineering Research. The guidelines are intended for the research community and related stakeholders including research-related funding agencies, researchers, designer and developers, evidence-based practitioners and policymakers. Visit the Research page in the Knowledge Center section for more information.
